Welcome to Ensō Studio, where the art of dance transforms into a journey of self expression and creativity. At Ensō, we believe that every movement has the power to tell a unique story, and our dance studio is the canvas where those stories come to life. We love to teach and we love to dance! Our mission is to provide a positive learning atmosphere.
From Ballet to Bollywood, Freestyle to Contemporary, Ensō Studio ‘teaches life lessons through dance lessons’.
Since beginning in Dec 2021, Ensō Studio has engaged young students as well as adults, in creative expression through dance. Our fun and positive atmosphere, along with a wide variety of classes, and most importantly the immense support we receive from all our students/parents are just a couple of reasons why we are so loved. Shruti Z, the visionary founder and owner of Ensō Studio in the vibrant city of Mumbai.
Her journey from a young enthusiast to a successful dance studio owner is nothing short of inspiring.
Shruti has been immersed in the world of dance for as long as we can remember. Her journey started with classical dance (Bharat Natyam) and over the years, she explored various styles constantly pushing the boundaries of her artistry. Dance has been her medium for self-expression, and she’s thrilled to share her passion and expertise with others.
With a mission to spread the joy of dance, Shruti founded Ensō Studio – a place where individuals can embrace their inner dancer. Ensō Studio isn’t just for dancing; it’s where art, self-expression, and movement converge. We, offer a diverse range of dance forms, from classical to contemporary. Find one that best suits you.
The name Ensō draws inspiration from Zen philosophy, representing the concept of a circle. It symbolizes a moment when the mind is free to simply let the body/spirit create. The Ensō circle is drawn with a single brushstroke representing simplicity, completeness, and the cyclical nature of existence.
Shruti’s vision for Ensō studio is clear: to make dance accessible to everyone, regardless of age, background, or experience level. She believes that dance is a universal language that transcends barriers. Our mission is to inspire creativity and create a sense of community through dance.
